深度访谈法

深度访谈是一种定性研究方法,其中训练有素的访谈者与个体参与者进行一对一的对话,使用开放式问题来探索他们对某一现象的经历、观点和理解。该方法由Rogers和Hyman于20世纪50年代开发,其形式从结构化(标准化问题集)到半结构化(有灵活性的指导性主题领域)再到非结构化(涌现式、对话式)不等。深度访谈广泛应用于社会学、心理学、健康科学、人类学和组织研究,以捕捉丰富、详细的叙述和个人意义。
