身体形态问卷 (BSQ)

BSQ是一项自我报告问卷，用于测量对身体形态的关注和不满。该问卷最初由Cooper及其同事于1987年开发，完整版包含34个条目；较短的版本（BSQ-16、BSQ-8）也得到广泛使用。BSQ旨在评估身体形态关注作为进食障碍的核心病理特征，并广泛应用于进食障碍评估、身体意象研究和流行病学研究。
