eQTL分析 — 表达数量性状基因座分析
eQTL分析旨在识别其基因型与一个或多个基因的表达水平变异在统计学上相关联的基因组位点(通常是SNP)。通过同时分析同一受试者的DNA水平变异和RNA水平表达,eQTL研究可以解读基因组的调控语法——揭示哪些变异控制着基因的转录水平、在哪些组织中以及在何种条件下进行。
