贝叶斯eQTL分析 — 贝叶斯表达数量性状基因座分析
贝叶斯eQTL分析通过在概率框架内结合基因型和RNA-seq数据,识别调控基因表达的遗传变异(eQTL)。与依赖p值阈值的频率学方法不同,贝叶斯方法产生关联的后验概率,能够对因果变异进行原则性的精细定位,并同时对数千个基因-SNP对进行连贯的不确定性量化。
