单细胞 eQTL 分析通过联合分析单细胞 RNA-seq 谱和供体基因型数据,识别调控基因表达的细胞类型特异性遗传变异体(eQTLs)。与批量 eQTL 方法不同,它能够解析在细胞类型混合时被稀释或掩盖的调控效应,从而发现仅对特定细胞状态或发育阶段有影响的变异体。
