Dizziness Handicap Inventory
The Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) is a 25-item self-report questionnaire designed to measure the functional, emotional, and physical effects of dizziness and balance disorders on daily life. Developed by Jacobson and Newman in 1990, it has become a standard tool for assessing dizziness-related handicap in clinical and research settings.
