Kipimo cha RPE cha Kipindi
Kipimo cha RPE cha Kipindi (sRPE) ni njia rahisi, inayomzingatia mwanamichezo, ya kupima mzigo wa mazoezi kwa kuchanganya kiwango cha juhudi kinachoonekana (RPE, kipimo cha 0-10) na muda wa kipindi. Imeanzishwa na Carl Foster (2001), sRPE inazuia hitaji la vifaa vya nje (vichunguzi vya mapigo ya moyo, GPS, sahani za nguvu) na inashughulikia mahitaji yaliyounganishwa ya kisaikolojia na kisaikolojia ya njia yoyote ya mafunzo. Licha ya urahisi wake, sRPE inahusiana vizuri na alama za kisaikolojia zinazolenga (mapigo ya moyo, lactate, VO2) na inatumika sana katika michezo ya wasomi na burudani kwa usimamizi wa mzigo na upangaji wa ahueni.
