Kiwango cha ukuzaji wa nguvu (RFD) ni kasi ambayo nguvu huzalishwa katika awamu ya awali ya mkataba wa misuli, kwa kawaida huonyeshwa kama mteremko wa mchoro wa nguvu dhidi ya muda katika milisekunde 50, 100, au 200 za kwanza za mkataba wa isometric. Imeanzishwa kwa kina na Aagaard na wenzake (2002), RFD ni kipimo cha uwezo wa nguvu za kulipuka na ufanisi wa msukumo wa neva.
