Uwiano wa mzigo wa kazi wa papo hapo na wa muda mrefu (ACWR) ni uwiano wa mzigo wa mafunzo wa papo hapo (kwa kawaida wiki iliyopita) na mzigo wa mafunzo wa muda mrefu (kwa kawaida wastani wa wiki nne zinazofuata). Umeimarishwa na Tim Gabbett (2016), ACWR ni kipimo kilichopitishwa sana kwa kutabiri hatari ya majeraha na magonjwa katika michezo. Mantiki ni rahisi: kuongezeka kwa kasi kwa mzigo wa mafunzo—wakati mzigo wa papo hapo unapoongezeka zaidi ya kile ambacho mwanamichezo amejizoesha—unazidi uwezo wa tishu na kuongeza hatari ya majeraha.
