Kipimo cha Ubora wa Huduma ya Rejareja (RetSQ) ni chombo chenye vipengele 17 kilichotengenezwa na Dabholkar, Thorpe, na Rentz (1996) kupima mitazamo ya wateja kuhusu ubora wa huduma katika mazingira ya maduka ya rejareja. Kimechukuliwa kutoka SERVQUAL lakini kimebadilishwa kwa muktadha wa kipekee wa ununuzi dukani, RetSQ hupima vipimo vitano: Vipengele Halisi (mwonekano wa duka, usafi, mpangilio wa bidhaa), Kutegemewa (bei sahihi, shughuli za kuaminika), Mwingiliano wa Kibinafsi (usaidizi wa wafanyakazi, adabu), Utatuzi wa Matatizo (kushughulikia malalamiko, kujibu mahitaji ya wateja), na Sera (urahisi, usawa wa sera za kurejesha bidhaa). Kipimo hiki hunasa mazingira yanayoonekana na vipengele vya huduma ya kibinafsi muhimu kwa mafanikio ya rejareja.
