실행 풍토 척도 (ICS)
실행 풍토 척도(Implementation Climate Scale, ICS)는 조직의 업무 풍토, 정책 및 시스템이 근거 기반 실천(evidence-based practice, EBP) 구현과 얼마나 일치하고 이를 지원하는지를 측정하는 간결한 조직 평가 도구입니다. Ehrhart, Aarons, Farahnak이 2014년에 개발한 ICS는 조직 실행 풍토의 네 가지 차원을 측정합니다. 즉, 초점(Focus, EBP가 조직 목표에서 우선순위가 되는 정도), 지원(Support, EBP를 위한 자원 및 보호된 시간의 가용성), 보상(Reward, EBP 사용에 대한 인센티브 구조 및 인정), 기대(Expectations, EBP 채택 및 충실도에 대한 리더십의 기대치 전달)입니다. ICS는 조직 시스템과 정책이 EBP 수용을 적극적으로 촉진하는지 또는 방해하는지에 대한 간결한 스냅샷을 제공하며, 실행 충실도 및 지속 가능성에 대한 강력한 예측 타당성을 입증했습니다.
