Innovation Adoption Scale
혁신 채택(Innovation Adoption)은 혁신, 증거 기반 실천 또는 신기술이 대상 인구나 대상 환경에서 실제로 사용되는 정도를 의미합니다. 채택은 일반적으로 특정 시점까지 혁신을 채택한 적격 사용자/직원의 비율 또는 시간 경과에 따른 채택 궤적(채택 곡선)으로 측정됩니다. Rogers의 혁신 확산 이론(Diffusion of Innovations theory)에 근거한 채택은 준비도(채택 의향), 충실도(실행의 질), 또는 효과성(결과에 대한 영향)과 구별되는 핵심 구현 결과입니다. 혁신은 낮은 충실도로 실행되더라도 널리 채택될 수 있거나, 효과적임에도 불구하고 일부 사용자에게만 채택될 수 있습니다. 채택 곡선은 조직의 준비도, 혁신-맥락 적합성, 그리고 구현 전략의 효과성을 반영합니다. 채택은 일반적으로 가장 먼저 나타나는 구현 결과이며, 일반적으로 충실도 및 효과성 개선에 선행합니다.
