실행 리더십 척도(ILS)
실행 리더십 척도(ILS)는 증거 기반 실천 및 혁신의 성공적인 실행에 중요한 단위 수준 리더십 행동을 평가하는 12개 항목의 자기 보고식 측정 도구입니다. 2014년 Aarons, Ehrhart, Farahnak이 개발한 ILS는 선제적 리더십, 지식 기반 리더십, 지원적 리더십, 끈기 있는 리더십의 네 가지 실행 리더십 차원을 측정합니다. 이 간결하고 검증된 도구는 임상 직원이 인식하는 일선 리더(관리자, 감독자, 부서장)의 실행 관련 행동을 포착하도록 설계되었으며, 의료 분야 실행 연구에서 리더십 효과를 평가하고 실행 성공을 예측하는 데 널리 사용됩니다.
