교수 효과성 척도(Teaching Effectiveness Scale, TES)는 여러 차원에서 강사의 효과성에 대한 학생들의 인식을 측정하기 위해 고안된 검증된 도구입니다. 가장 널리 알려진 버전인 Marsh(1982)가 개발한 교육 품질 학생 평가(Student Evaluation of Educational Quality, SEEQ)는 학습 가치, 열정, 조직화, 그룹 상호작용, 코스 난이도를 포함한 9가지 교수 차원을 평가하여 강사의 성과에 대한 포괄적인 피드백을 제공합니다.
