Caregiver Quality of Life Index–Cancer
Caregiver Quality of Life Index–Cancer (CQOLC) は、がん患者の介護に従事する家族の生活の質と負担を評価するために特別に設計された35項目からなる自己記入式尺度である。1999年にWeitznerらによって開発されたCQOLCは、身体的負担、精神的影響、日常生活への支障、経済的困難、および適応といった、介護がもたらす多面的な影響を捉えるものであり、介護者の苦痛を特定し、支援介入を調整するために不可欠である。
