Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview (ZBI)（ザリット介護負担インタビュー）
Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview（ZBI）は、Steven H. Zaritらが1980年に開発した、認知症やその他の慢性疾患を持つ患者の非公式介護者が経験する主観的な負担を定量化するために設計された広く用いられている評価ツールである。22項目からなるこの尺度（instrument）は、介護に関連する感情的、経済的、身体的負担を測定し、世界中の老年医学、老年学、神経学、行動医学の分野で標準となっている。
