周産期外傷性苦悩インベントリ（PDI）
PDIは、心的外傷事象中または直後に経験される感情的、身体的、認知的苦痛を評価する13項目の自己記入式尺度である。Brunet、Akerib、Birmesによって2001年に開発されたこの尺度は、慢性PTSDのリスクを予測する急性期周心的反応（解離、恐怖、混乱）を捉える。救急医療、軍事医療システム、心的外傷研究において、急性期に心的外傷を受けた高リスク個人を特定するために広く使用されている。
