Wellsスコア (DVT)
Wellsスコアは、Wellsらによって1994年に開発された臨床予測ルールであり、患者を深部静脈血栓症（DVT）の低・中間・高の検査前確率に層別化する。これは、診断検査の決定を導き、DVTが疑われる患者における不要な画像検査を減らすために、7つの臨床的特徴を組み合わせたものである。
