CHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアは、2010年にLip、Nieuwlaatらによって開発された、心房細動患者の年間脳卒中および全身性血栓塞栓症リスクを予測するための9項目からなるリスク層別化ツールである。抗凝固療法の決定をガイドするために、主要な心臓病ガイドラインで推奨されているスコアである。
