CURB-65 肺炎重症度スコア
CURB-65は、Limらによって2003年に開発・検証された、市中肺炎（CAP）に対する5項目の重症度スコアである。意識障害（Confusion）、尿素窒素（Urea nitrogen）、呼吸数（Respiratory rate）、血圧（Blood pressure）、および65歳以上（Age ≥65 years）の5項目を評価し、死亡リスクの層別化および入院・治療方針の決定に用いられる。
