28关节疾病活动度评分 (DAS28)
DAS28 是一种类风湿关节炎 (RA) 疾病活动度的复合指标，结合了关节计数、炎症标志物和患者报告的总体健康状况。该评分由 Prevoo 及其同事于 1995 年开发，已成为临床试验和实践中监测 RA 活动的金标准。它整合了客观的临床体征与实验室检查和主观评估，提供了一个单一的数值指数来衡量疾病负担。
