Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test (MAST)
MAST 是一项包含 25 个问题的自评问卷，旨在筛查成人酒精使用障碍并评估与酒精相关的损害。该量表由 Selzer 于 1971 年首次发表，是最早且最广泛使用的酒精筛查工具之一，尤其在初级保健、急诊医学和成瘾医学领域。MAST 通过评估酒精摄入模式、后果（法律、医疗、社交、职业）、戒断症状和问题认知等项目，来识别问题性饮酒。已开发出简版（13 个问题和 10 个问题）用于快速筛查。
