“善终”量表
“善终”量表（Good Death Inventory, GDI）是一个包含20个条目的自评工具，用于评估患者及家属对死亡是否“圆满”的感知——即死亡是否具有疼痛控制良好、安宁、有意义的了结、充分准备、尊严维持以及生命活得充实的特点。该量表由Ching及其同事于2009年在香港开发，将“善终”的多维度概念操作化为可衡量的维度，使临床医生和研究人员能够理解何使生命末期护理具有意义，并识别出充满痛苦或未竟事宜的死亡。
