分娩经历问卷（CEQ）是一个包含22个条目的自评工具，旨在全面评估女性主观分娩经历。CEQ由Dencker、Tully和Begley开发，测量分娩经历的四个关键维度：能力（掌控感、应对能力和管理产程的感觉）、感知安全（对医护人员能力和安全的信心）、专业支持（接受的护理质量）以及参与（参与决策）。它能够捕捉女性在不同分娩场所和情境下的经历。
