产后依恋问卷（Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire, PBQ）是一个包含25个条目的自评工具，旨在评估产后早期母婴关系和依恋障碍。该问卷由Brockington及其同事于2001年开发，用于筛查病理性依恋体验，包括不良的依恋、对婴儿的排斥、怨恨和愤怒。此外，还有一个包含16个条目的简短版本（PBQ-16），可用于临床环境中的快速筛查。
