实施气候量表 (Implementation Climate Scale, ICS) 是一种简明的组织评估工具，用于衡量组织的工作气候、政策和系统与循证实践 (EBP) 实施的契合度和支持程度。ICS 由 Ehrhart、Aarons 和 Farahnak 于 2014 年开发，衡量组织实施气候的四个维度：关注度（EBP 在组织目标中的优先程度）、支持度（EBP 资源和受保护时间的可用性）、奖励（EBP 使用的激励结构和认可）和期望（领导层对 EBP 采纳和忠诚度的期望沟通）。ICS 提供了关于组织系统和政策是积极促进还是阻碍 EBP 采纳的简明快照，并已证明对实施忠诚度和可持续性具有强大的预测效度。
