实施领导力量表 (ILS)
实施领导力量表 (ILS) 是一个包含 12 个条目的自评问卷,用于评估对成功实施循证实践和创新的单位层面领导行为。ILS 由 Aarons、Ehrhart 和 Farahnak 于 2014 年开发,衡量实施领导力的四个维度:积极主动的领导力、知识渊博的领导力、支持性的领导力以及坚持不懈的领导力。这个简短、经过验证的工具旨在捕捉一线领导者(管理者、主管、部门负责人)的实施特定行为,这些行为由临床工作人员感知,并广泛用于医疗保健实施研究,以评估领导力有效性并预测实施成功。
