柱层析
柱层析是一种液体分离技术，其中固定相（通常是硅胶或氧化铝）填充在垂直的柱中，流动相（溶剂）渗透通过柱子以分离混合物组分。柱层析由Mikhail Tsvet于1903年开创，至今仍是有机化学实验室纯化反应产物和分离目标化合物的主要方法。
