Kiwango cha Uwezo wa Kuzoea Kazi (CAAS) hupima rasilimali na uwezo wa kisaikolojia unaowawezesha watu binafsi kushughulikia changamoto na mabadiliko ya kazi. Iliyoundwa na Savickas na Porfeli mwaka 2012, kiwango cha vipengele 24 hupima vipimo vinne: wasiwasi (mwelekeo wa baadaye), udhibiti (uwezo wa kutenda), udadisi (uchunguzi), na ujasiri (uwezo binafsi). Uwezo wa kuzoea kazi hutabiri kuridhika na kazi, uajirika, na ufanisi katika kukabiliana na mabadiliko ya nguvu kazi.
