Maswali ya Tathmini ya Mchakato wa Utafiti (SPQ) ni chombo cha kujiripoti kilichoandaliwa na John Biggs kubaini mbinu na michakato inayotumiwa na wanafunzi wanapojifunza. Inathmini vipimo vitatu: mbinu ya kina ya kujifunza (kutafuta uelewa na kuunganisha mawazo), mbinu ya uso ya kujifunza (kukariri na kuzaa), na mbinu ya kufikia/mkakati (kuelekea kupata alama za juu). Kuelewa michakato ya kujifunza ya wanafunzi huwasaidia waelimishaji kutambua changamoto za kujifunza na kurekebisha msaada.
