Kiwango cha Kujiamini Kifedha cha Kitaaluma (ASES) hupima imani za wanafunzi kuhusu uwezo wao wa kufaulu katika majukumu ya kitaaluma. Kwa msingi wa nadharia ya kijamii ya Bandura, chombo hiki kinatathmini uwezo unaoonekana katika maeneo mbalimbali ya kitaaluma—kuelewa mihadhara, kukamilisha kazi, kufanya mitihani, na kushiriki katika kazi za kitaaluma.
