Cronbach's Alpha (Analisis Kebolehpercayaan)
Cronbach's alpha ialah pekali ketekalan dalaman yang mengukur sejauh mana satu set item pada skala mengukur konstruk asas yang sama. Diperkenalkan oleh Lee J. Cronbach pada tahun 1951, ia kekal sebagai indeks kebolehpercayaan yang paling kerap dilaporkan dalam penyelidikan sains sosial, kesihatan, dan pendidikan.
