Analisis Kebolehpercayaan Bertingkat
Analisis kebolehpercayaan bertingkat menganggarkan ketekalan dalaman skor skala secara berasingan pada peringkat dalam kumpulan (individu) dan antara kumpulan (kluster). Ia membetulkan bias yang timbul apabila alfa atau omega biasa digunakan pada data bersarang secara hierarki, seperti pekerja dalam organisasi atau pelajar dalam bilik darjah.
