정책 시나리오 분석(Policy Scenario Analysis, PSA)은 다양한 가능한 미래 상태 전반에 걸쳐 서로 다른 정책 개입이 어떻게 수행되는지를 평가하는 구조화된 방법론입니다. 특정 정책 레버를 대안적 시나리오와 짝지음으로써, 분석가들은 구현 전에 정책 선택의 견고성, 상충 관계, 의도하지 않은 결과를 평가할 수 있으며, 이는 기후에서 공중 보건에 이르는 분야에서 증거 기반 정책 설계의 초석이 됩니다.
