다중 목표 시나리오 분석(Multi-objective Scenario Analysis, MOSA)은 일련의 개연성 있는 미래 시나리오를 구성하고, 각 시나리오를 다수의 상충하는 목표 또는 기준에 대해 평가하는 구조화된 방법론이다. 목표 간, 그리고 가능한 미래 간의 상충 관계를 명시적으로 드러냄으로써, 불확실한 미래와 목표 간의 충돌이 공존하는 상황에서의 전략적 의사결정을 지원한다. 이 방법론은 에너지 계획, 기후 적응, 공공 정책, 기업 전략 등 다양한 분야에 널리 적용된다.
