지식-행동 프레임워크(KTA)
지식-행동(Knowledge-to-Action, KTA) 프레임워크는 증거를 실천으로 전환하기 위한 개념 모델이자 프로세스 가이드로, 이안 그래함(Ian Graham)과 오타와 병원 연구소(Ottawa Hospital Research Institute) 동료들이 2004–2006년에 개발했습니다. KTA 프레임워크는 실행 과학의 핵심 과제, 즉 연구 증거만으로는 실천이 바뀌지 않으며, 증거를 지역적 맥락에 맞게 조정하고, 실행 장벽을 파악 및 극복하며, 변화를 지속하기 위한 의도적이고 체계적인 과정이 필요하다는 점을 다룹니다. KTA는 지식 생산(연구, 증거 종합)과 지식 적용(실행 계획, 장벽 파악, 전략 선택, 실행, 모니터링, 조정)을 구분합니다. 이 프레임워크는 의료 분야, 특히 캐나다와 국제적으로 가장 널리 채택된 실행 모델 중 하나가 되었으며, 맥락에 민감하고 반복적인 증거 기반 실천 실행을 위한 구조화된 접근 방식을 제공합니다.
