TeamSTEPPS 팀워크 인식 설문지
TeamSTEPPS 팀워크 인식 설문지(T-TPQ)는 임상 단위에서 팀원의 팀워크 및 의사소통 인식을 측정하기 위해 고안된 35개 문항의 자기 보고식 도구입니다. 미국 의료 연구 및 품질 기관(Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality)과 국방부(Department of Defense)에서 개발한 T-TPQ는 TeamSTEPPS(Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety) 훈련이 팀워크 행동 및 안전 결과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 특별히 제작되었습니다. 이 설문지는 팀 구조, 리더십, 상황 모니터링, 상호 지원, 의사소통이라는 다섯 가지 핵심 팀워크 영역을 평가합니다.
