Matched Cox Proportional Hazards — Stratified Cox Regression for Matched Designs
Matched Cox proportional hazards는 Cox 회귀 모형을 확장하여 매칭된 연구 설계(시간-사건 결과가 있는 매칭 코호트 또는 매칭 환자-대조군 연구)에서 발생하는 데이터를 적절하게 처리하는 생존 분석 방법입니다. 부분 가능도(partial likelihood)를 매칭 세트별로 층화(stratify)함으로써, 이 방법은 기준 생존 함수(baseline hazard)를 추정하지 않고도 매칭 요인으로 인한 교란(confounding)을 제거하여, 매칭으로 인한 편향이 없는 유효한 위험비(hazard ratio) 추정치를 제공합니다.
