패널 데이터 합성 통제법은 치료 단위의 사전 치료 결과 궤적을 가장 잘 재현하는 비치료 단위의 데이터 기반 가중치 조합(합성 통제)을 구성하여 단일 치료 단위에 대한 개입의 인과 효과를 추정합니다. 치료 후 치료 단위와 그 합성 대응물 간의 격차는 추정된 치료 효과입니다.
