小児期逆境体験（ACE）質問票
ACE質問票は、虐待、ネグレクト、家庭内の機能不全を含む、小児期の逆境体験への曝露を評価する10項目の尺度である。元々は1998年にカイザー・パーマネンテのFelittiらによって画期的な小児期逆境体験研究（Adverse Childhood Experiences Study）の一環として開発されたACEスコアは、累積的な小児期トラウマを定量化し、慢性的な身体的および精神的健康状態のリスクが高い個人を特定するための基盤となる公衆衛生ツールとなっている。
