Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS)
Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale（コロンビア式自殺重症度評価尺度、以下C-SSRS）は、従来のスクリーニングツールの限界に対処するため、コロンビア大学のKelly Posnerと同僚らが開発した、簡便な臨床家実施の自殺リスク評価尺度である。2011年にAmerican Journal of Psychiatry誌に初めて掲載されたC-SSRSは、抗うつ薬、抗てんかん薬、神経精神薬の治験における自殺念慮および自殺行動のモニタリングのためのFDA（米国食品医薬品局）推奨標準となっている。この尺度は、定義された時間枠における自殺念慮（頻度と強度）および自殺行動（試行、準備行為）の両方を評価し、構造化されたリスク層別化を提供する。
