休哈特变量控制图(X-bar / R)
休哈特控制图由沃尔特·休哈特于20世纪20年代在贝尔实验室发明,并在其1931年的著作中首次提出,是统计过程控制的基础工具。它将过程的统计量——通常是子组均值(X-bar)和极差(R)——随时间的变化绘制在中心线和三西格玛控制限之上,区分稳定过程中固有的自然共因变异与表明某些因素已发生变化并需要调查的特殊因变异。
