多变量CUSUM控制图（MCUSUM Chart）
多变量CUSUM（MCUSUM）图是一种序贯监控方案，旨在同时检测具有多个相关质量变量的工艺中微小且持续的均值偏移。该方法由Robert Crosier于1988年提出，它将经典的单变量CUSUM原理扩展到多变量环境，通过累加偏离正常均值的向量偏差和，并按工艺协方差结构进行缩放，然后将该累积和的标量范数与控制限进行比较。
