前瞻性与回顾性记忆问卷（PRMQ）是一个包含16个条目的自评工具，旨在测量两种不同记忆领域的主观记忆抱怨：前瞻性记忆（记住未来要做的事情）和回顾性记忆（记住过去的事件和信息）。该问卷由爱丁堡大学的Crawford及其同事于2003年开发，PRMQ提供了一个简短、经过验证的工具，用于评估日常记忆失误及其对临床和非临床人群功能性福祉的影响。
