牛津膝关节评分（Oxford Knee Score, OKS）是由Murray及其同事于1998年在牛津大学开发的一种简短、经过验证的自评问卷，用于衡量膝关节置换手术后的结果。OKS包含12个项目，评估全膝关节置换术患者的膝关节疼痛、膝关节相关功能受限和生活质量。它是国际骨科研究和临床实践中膝关节置换术主要的患者报告结局测量指标。
