前瞻性随机临床试验
前瞻性随机临床试验（RCT）是一种实验性研究，其中在观察到任何结局之前，通过随机分配将受试者分配到干预组或对照组，然后随时间向前追踪。随机分配消除了系统性选择偏倚，使该设计成为确定医学和临床研究中治疗因果疗效的黄金标准。
