植入体共振频率分析

共振频率分析(Resonance Frequency Analysis, RFA)是一种无创、客观的评估牙科植入体稳定性及骨整合的方法。该方法由Meredith及其同事于1996年提出,通过分析植入体基台对振动的频率响应来测量植入体-骨界面(implant-bone interface)的刚度。源自RFA的植入体稳定性商(Implant Stability Quotient, ISQ)能够对植入体在植入、愈合及骨整合完成后的稳定性进行量化监测,从而辅助临床决策,确定负重时机并预测成功率。
