การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมั่นหลายระดับ
การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมั่นหลายระดับเป็นการประมาณค่าความสอดคล้องภายในของคะแนนมาตรวัดแยกกันในระดับภายในกลุ่ม (รายบุคคล) และระดับระหว่างกลุ่ม (กลุ่ม). วิธีนี้จะแก้ไขความเอนเอียงที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อใช้ค่าอัลฟาหรือโอเมกาแบบปกติกับข้อมูลที่มีโครงสร้างแบบลำดับชั้น เช่น พนักงานในองค์กร หรือนักเรียนในห้องเรียน
