Implementation Climate Scale (ICS)
Implementation Climate Scale (ICS) เป็นเครื่องมือประเมินองค์กรแบบสั้นที่ใช้วัดระดับที่สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน นโยบาย และระบบขององค์กรมีความสอดคล้องและสนับสนุนการนำแนวปฏิบัติที่อิงหลักฐาน (evidence-based practice: EBP) ไปใช้จริง ICS พัฒนาโดย Ehrhart, Aarons, และ Farahnak ในปี 2014 โดยวัดมิติ 4 ด้านของสภาพแวดล้อมการนำไปปฏิบัติขององค์กร ได้แก่: การให้ความสำคัญ (Focus - ระดับที่ EBP เป็นเป้าหมายสำคัญขององค์กร), การสนับสนุน (Support - ความพร้อมของทรัพยากรและเวลาที่จัดสรรไว้สำหรับการใช้ EBP), การให้รางวัล (Reward - โครงสร้างสิ่งจูงใจและการยอมรับการใช้ EBP), และความคาดหวัง (Expectations - การสื่อสารความคาดหวังจากผู้นำเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับและการปฏิบัติตาม EBP) ICS ให้ภาพรวมที่กระชับว่าระบบและนโยบายขององค์กรเอื้อหรือขัดขวางการนำ EBP ไปใช้หรือไม่ และได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเที่ยงตรงในการทำนายความแม่นยำในการนำไปปฏิบัติและความยั่งยืน
