Kiwango cha Kujifunza kwa Shirika (OLS) ni chombo chenye vipengele 21 kinachopima uwezo wa shirika kujifunza na kuzoea, kulingana na mfumo wa shirika linalojifunza wa Senge. Kwa rasmi na Goh mwaka 2003, OLS inatathmini vipengele vitano: fikra za mifumo, dira ya pamoja, kujifunza kwa timu, mitazamo ya pamoja, na ustadi wa kibinafsi.
